I am the middle child
I am an only child
A baby born
Into the arms of Death
A teenager lost
to Cancer
I should visit my sisters,
My grandparents,
Remembering my uncles
And my aunt buried elsewhere
But the stillness and
Headstones unsettle me
Such a clear reminder
I am the only one
Still Standing
